Help!
So for just over two weeks, i’ve been trying to do 3 sets of 20 donkey kicks every other day, with 1kg ankle weights, but I’m still not seeing any results or my butt become bigger. I’m slowly beginning to eat healthier, but still not seeing results. I go to gym sometimes but it’s kinda far so i have to resort to home workouts. How do I begin seeing results and what meals and snacks do you guys recommend for getting a flatter stomach but a larger butt?
