How long after the baby dropped did you go into labor?
More details the better! Especially for 2nd baby or more. This is my 2nd & I found out today she's at -1. Last week she wasn't even dropping. I had my 1st around 38wks & had a slow steady dilation for a couple weeks before. No dilation or effacement yet, but she's down there lining up!
