Am I pregnant?

I’ve done home tests and they’re both negative then I had a very strange period and I had to go to the doctors to do a normal urine test and it was negative but since then I’ve been sick and got loads of pain in my lower left side and my stomach is like almost growling at me 😂 I have lots of symptoms of pregnancy like being bloated and heartburn sickness and nausea needing a wee all the time but I’m also diabetic and thought that the fact all I wee out is sugar could affect the results?
