confused

hello my name Laura I have been married for a year we have been trying to have a baby we misscaried last November and have been trying ever since. I lost my mom in November due to cancer on the 11 2017 my mom always wanted to be a grandma and I told her If we have a little girl we name it after her my mom has been gone two months and I am still hoping for my baby , my period is late it was suppose to start on Monday never came now it says start tommarow but still has not come yesterday I was in the er because my white blood count was evaluated today I notice almost like yeast infection junky white / greenish yellow mucas and itches and a little mild cramps the er checked my hcg by blood work and it was negative how long does it take for a positive my youngest child is 5 and I don't remember from her pregnancy . It just makes me wonder will I ever get my baby dust.
