9 DPO and have a Drs appt today

Do you think they'll be able to tell if I'm pregnant just by a urine sample? Or would I have to have blood work done since it's so early? I'm just meeting with my PCP because I've been having horrible dizzy spells. They've been causing me to vomit and I just feel like I can never get enough rest no matter how much I sleep. I was recently Diagnosed with Vertigo but before that we've been TTC. Now idk what to think when it's comes to my body symptoms.
