Annoying neighbors

I live in an apartment building. My husband says the floors are thin. It’s 11:25 at night. They’re playing super loud annoying shitty music and television shows. They always argue. They walk like they have concrete on their feet. Imnot sure what to say to my landlord or if I should even speak to my landlord about it? My landlord is a sweet man. He truly is. Sees the good in people and such. But I’m pissed. My husband works days and has to be up at 5am. I work second about to switch hours and will have to be up early too. Worried I won’t get sleep.
