what do y’all recommend?
i’ve been wanting to work out and try to lose weight but i don’t know where to start. like my goal is to get a smaller waist and work on my butt, but i have no idea where to start or what to do...what would y’all recommend? simple cardio or workout with actually weights? bc rn i just do zumba at my own house..but i wanna focus on much more you get me? i just need help starting somewhere..thanks😊
