So I'm on holiday in the Canary islands for two weeks with my boyfriend at the moment. Tuesday night and Yesterday I was in such extreme pain that I got rushed to hospital because they thought it may be my appendix. Turns out I have a 8 inch cyst on my right ovary and it's twisted. They've given me painkillers and I'll go to the hospital when I get home as they seem to not want to operate here but will if the pain gets worst. Has anyone else been through this I keep reading that if the blood supply is killed off they'll remove the ovary. I'm terrified I won't have children of my own.
