HELPPP PLEASE ( FORMULA RELATED )

(I’m first time mom )So recently i changed my daughter formula from enfamil to similac pro advance i personally like similac way more it’s non GMO and the texture is way better when she was born in the hospital they gave her similac but i been noticing everytime my Daughter poops it looks weird she now is 3 Months for 3 Months she was on enfamil her doctor told me that it was no problem in changing her milk so what can be happening also maybe about 2-3 days zi gave her some baby food (mango organic) just to see if she liked it i didn’t give her all I’m just so worried on what can be happening I’m leaving a TMI picture
