First Ultrasound Three Weeks Away

28 years old, first pregnancy. I found out I was pregnant on the 17th from home pregnancy test. Got it confirmed at the hospital on the 23rd. LMP marks me at 7 weeks. I've been feeling cramps, slightly sore boobs, but appetite is seriously lacking. Anyways, I'm excited but very upset that I have to wait three weeks for my first ultrasound on Valentines Day! IM READY TO HEAR MY BABY'S HEARTBEAT! Im Bipolar Type 2 and although I've been managing my anxiety very well without meds, these next few weeks are going to drive me crazy! I keep focusing on worrying if Valentines Day gets here and they don't find a heartbeat 😭😭😭 Is it possible to hear baby's heartbeat through a.... stethoscope?
