PLAN B HELP!!!??

So I've taken a plan B a few years ago and dont remeber any crazy side effects, but my man had a slip up, probably about 2 weeks ago so the morning after, we took the morning after pill. well fast forward 2 weeks and my boobs are so sore and tender I feel it when i walk or hug him, I've never in my life had breast pain not even before a period, it dont usually get any pms. I'm guessing it's just the plan B side effects but I honestly didn't even want to take the pill, I want and am ready for a baby but my baby has 2 and wants to meet until we are married which i understand but i guess im subconsciously being hopeful. so have any of u had breast pain from plan b?
