Opinion: What to do?
In November when we started to assemble the crib, we discovered the headboard has a hole in it. After a 4 week run around with Babies R Us, I was told to deal with the manufacturer. The headboard ended up being backordered, and I was told I'd receive a new part by the end of January. I called today to get an ETA and was told it will now be the end of MARCH. Do I stick it out and wait? Or, order a new one, pay $40 in shipping, receive it in 10 days, swap out the headboard, and return it for a refund? Keep in mind the box weighs a good 80lbs and baby is 5 weeks old.
