I had unprotected sex with my partner on Monday (i felt perfectly fine and normal!).

Got a fever on the Tuesday. The spots & Diagnosed with Chicken Pox on Wednesday.

Will it affect my partner atall? Will he just get chicken pox (never had it) or could it lead to an STD?! Ive heard people getting herpes from Chicken Pox, but is it possible before the spots came out hes at risk?!

Edit: more worried about the herpes thing. Hes never had chicken pox so its kinda inevitable. But is it possible it can lead to herpes?

Edit to answer vacinnated: In the UK you don't get the vaccination unless you're pregnant or have a weakened immune system. Otherwise you have to pay for it privately. So no we aren't vaccinated but never had to have been.
