BFP but now spotting??? 4weeks3days pregnant

I got my BFP today on a first response and clear blue. But I have now just started to spot and have a little cramping. Anyone had similiar experience? Have I lost this baby? 😭
Have included a pic of my positive results

I wouldn’t worry. If it’s just some spotting you should be fine. If it gets heavy or bright red with clotting, then I’d got to the hospital or call your doctor. Good luck and congratulations 🍾

Thank you for replying. Bleeding full on now so guessing chemical pregnancy. My second one in as many months 😭

Could be a chemical pregnancy give it a few days and test again (like two) it happened to me but not saying that’s your case
