Throwing up with no fever?

My 19 month old threw up Monday night 3 times Tuesday was fine! Wednesday night threw up twice. Took him to the dr today and they said just a stomach bug. He has no fever he won’t eat won’t drink much. Has anyone else had this before?

yes, my daughter threw up last Wednesday, Thursday early AM, then no throw up last weekend, then threw up late Monday night! She had no fever either. Just has to run its course. I elevated her crib mattress to help. good luck! The stomach bug has been making its way around! try Pedialyte. make sure you see tears when little one cries and wet diaper every 8-10 hrs when they are sick like that!

Try giving danimals drinkable yogurt and peanut butter on a spoon to help with getting nutrition when they aren’t eating

I have personally. stomach bugs suck but are better without a fever!
