Spotting mid-cycle??

The last time I had sex with my boyfriend was over a week ago and I ended up spotting in the middle because I didn't use enough lube...

So I'm finally feeling good and super horny ready to have sex and I start spotting this light brown discharge that turned into actual blood spotting a couple hours later. And I'm mid-cycle. What is the deal?? I just want to get laid by my man 😭 I take the pill regularly every day! Could it be stress induced? I've had a lot of stress the past couple days.
