Can have a period and be pregnant??🤔🙁

Okay so I had my last period dec28 my length is 3-4 days It said my most fertile days was 6-11 i ovulated on the 10 I had sex ever other day and I had sex the day I began ovulating. Could I be pregnant?? On jan 23 I started bleeding and had really really bad cramps yesterday jan24 I was still bleeding and today still bleeding (just a little bit) 🙁 I had all symptoms but breast pain could this really be my period or implantation bleeding someone please help me this is very confusing!
