that piercing doesn't look like it has enough space to move around. the jewelry it's probably irritating your piercing. clean it out and see if not go to your piercing so they can put a proper jewelry in

It looks fine . Use antibacterial soap . And sea salt mixture spray it everyday . Make sure that the piercing is able to move up and down .

It looks awful dry , when I got mine done they recommended triple antibiotic ointment and mine wasn’t red at all or even the slightest bit sore after two weeks. I used triple antibiotic at night and cleaned mine twice a day with H2Ocean

I have mine pierced avoid alcohol it dries it out u should use peroxide and Neosporin that’s what my piercer told me

Looks like the start of an infection. Get epsom salt and mix a bit of it with warm water in a cup and set it on your belly button and let it soak for a few minutes every night, it’ll clear right up! 👍🏽
