ANY POSITIVE ADVICE?!? BOIL I THINK NOW..

My 2yr old has had a small red bump on her butt for a few days I didn’t think much of it put some cream on it. Well today she came home from her aunts and her ain’t told me that it had popped and just a few small drops of blood came out . Well later on in the day I was changing her diaper and noticed it had a little tiny white head on it I still put cream on it and let it be . Before her bath I wanted to get a better look so I bent her over my lap and her butt check was red surroundding the bump still very tiny. As I was feeling around the bump I noticed it was kind of hard and a tad warm so I pushed on it and it burst tons of puss & blood came out and kept coming out so I wiped it and pressed again and more came out so I again wiped it an then as I was cleaning The area before got in the tub a tiny bit more came out but it was mostly blood. I’m freaking out because I googled it (I know worst idea ever) and every thing says it’s MRSA and I shouldn’t have popped it but I thought it was just an ingrown follicle. I put some apple cider vinegar in her bath and let her soak in it and it seemed to look less red when she got out of the bath. ANY advice ?!?! Sorry so long ...
