Miscarriage or AF?

So I took an early pregnancy test on 2/19 because my boobs were really sore also I had bad headaches. The test was positive. I kept testing every other day to confirm but the lines kept getting fainter. I had sex On 2/20 after we finished I went to pee and I saw pink/reddish discharge, Day after I had brownish discharge for 5 more days with light cramping(which I thought was implantation) then on 2/26 (yesterday) I had brown discharge in the morning but I still tested and it was a vfl. I went to pee hours later and I saw blood when I wiped also in the toilet. I been changing pads, it's not a lot, I have also been having light cramps. Idk if I miscarried or what is happening. Please help.
