Advice! Tfm! I don’t know what to do!

Okay so I know this isn’t the place but I need advice don’t know what to do...

I have a 3 month old well she will be 4 months on the 30th but she’s been having fever for 4 days now ! She started having stuffy nose and a bit of cough in November! Took her in and they said it was a regular cold! And to buy her a humidifier! She still had the stuffy nose and a bit less of a cough! Now in December she had a fever of 102.7 so I took her to The emergency room and she tested positive for the flu! I got some medicine that kinda helped! But she still had the stuffy nose and cough! Now this month right now she’s been having a fever of 101.7 for about 4 days now when I gave her acetaminophen and it would calm it down and then she would get it again.... I took her in yesterday to the ER and was told she was okay no infection no virus no nothing! I was given Tylenol! Unfortunately that didn’t help her with the fever either... I’m worried and I don’t know what to do! She now has a fever her hands and feet are as cold as ice! Her little nose is cold too! And she stops breathing all of a sudden... she’s also shaking! Moms have you guys gone through this? I need help I’m worried .... as a first time mom Iam scared....
