anyone else have intense shoulder pain/spasm while nursing?
I was nursing my 9 week old and picked him up to go to the other boob when I had a shooting pain through my shoulder. it continues to spasm, like under my shoulder blade. my husband rubbed the muscles around there a bit and I tried to do some stretching, but it'll spasm again and take my breath away. I'm not sure I can lift my son...afraid it'll spasm and I'll drop him!
