Skipping my period help! Pls

Hi, i want to skip my period, this is the first time i will me doing it. I calles 2 of my doctora and they both said it was ok, however one said i would need to take a pill every 12 hours to prevent bleeding, and the other doctor said that one pill was enough.

I want to skip my period because i am going camping, so i really don’t want any spotting or bleeding. I will only be skipping my period for one month.

I don’t know what doctor to listen to.
