Jaw is "stuck"??

So for the past year I have had an annoying and sometimes painful pop in my jaw when I talk and eat. Well about a month ago, once a week or so it would be a loud extremely painful crack in my jaw with every chew I made. Then on Thursday, I was out to dinner with my fiancé and completely forgot to be gentle with my chewing and it was the loudest crack and most painful one yet and, now I can barely open my mouth or move my jaw from side to side. There is no pain, but it feels like my jaw is just stuck or something.

Anyone know what could have happened? Or how to fix it?
