Pregnancy symptoms

Hello loves ! This month was our first round of clomid and I noticed I had semi fertile cm two days ago and nothing but watery now I noticed my cm has been acting crazy since the 18th I’ve been bloated for a week I thought either pregnancy or ovulation symptoms? I’m trying to wait to see if I’m even going to miss my period. I have PCOS and their irregular but I’ve actually got my period for the last two months on time thank you lord ! ❤️ but anyways my husband woke up puking, and he’s so sleepy... how many of your SO had pregnancy symptoms? And what was they?
