Smoking cigarettes??

when do you ladies quit smoking?? I already did new year's this year hut I'm wondering do you quit when you find out you're pregnant or before you start trying? Everyone I know smoked and has lots of kids. I don't think it's just as bad as it's made out to be I guess... input is greatly appreciated!

I quit (w/1st one) when I found out. My Dr gave a very vivid image in my head of putting a pillow over a newborns fave to smother them, as am example of what smoking does to a fetus. So I quit cold turkey and gave the rest of the pack I had left to a friend so I wouldn't be tempted because they were right there.

I quit (cold turkey) 6 months before trying and I absolutely stayed away from it. If I wanted a baby I really wanted to make sure I did everything possible to not compromise that. I smoked for 13-14 years prior to TTCing.

I quit two days after I found out, but some days you will get so stressed out where just you need one. I’ve had two of those days my whole pregnancy.

I would stop now. I don't want to scare you by telling personal stories that happened to friends of mines' babies cuhz they didn't stop... so please just stop for your sake 😩😩😩👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
