Menstrual cups?

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on menstrual cups? what ones to use if there are even types how to use them any good/bad experiences with them? considering changing from to tampons to cups.

There is a YouTuber named red herring , her channel is bout menstural cups , the different kinds, how to insert them . I used her videos to help me when I started using cups . That’s channel maybe able help you out . Also I use the cup . I use the blossom cup . It’s 13-15 dollars depending on the color and size you get . I got the small to start out with because I hadn’t had children but I have a heavy period so I had to switch to the large , it works amazing . There is a bit of a learning curve but it’s worth it . Menstrual cups seal around your cervix so they are leakfree if you put it in right.
