Nipple Pain

Hey ladies has any mommy or soon to be mommy ever experienced really bad nipple pains? Today I felt an excruciating pain in both of my nipples ( it felt as if they were burning) if so, do you guys have any recommendations on what you used or how did you cope with the pain? I have a doctors appointment on Monday and I’m definitely going to bring this up but if anyone has gone through this please let me know what helped that would be wonderful thank you!! ❤️
