16w1d lower abdominal pain
Hey !
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I am getting a pain in my lower abdomen almost near my pelvic bone and it alternates sides. It’s never excruciating and as soon as I feel it it goes away. I am also constipated and gassy so I’m sure that’s not helping.
I have a cold and have been coughing a lot so I’m not sure if maybe I just strained something ?
