Lack of symptoms?

Ok, I know all you ladies that are suffering from nausea, fatigue, and bloating are not going to feel bad for me lol but I am going crazy because I don’t have any symptoms!!

According to the app I am 7 weeks and other than sore boobs (which hurt less than they did in the beginning) I have no symptoms!! I had mild to moderate cramping the first six weeks but now nothing.

I have my first appt for an ultrasound on Wednesday but I am getting paranoid and every bad outcome is going through my head! Ahh!
