Will I be okay?
So all of last week i have been trying to watch what I eat and trying to avoid processed- high carb foods. However, last night I had some melted chocolate with fruit and today I had a berry smoothie and oatmeal with berries. For lunch, I had an egg sandwich on white bread, some cheese and an activia yogurt. However just now I’ve finished off a bit of the left over Chinese takeaway. I only had some noodles and chicken balls, but I kinda had a few too many prawn crackers, but I didn’t feel bloated or overly full. Will eating the chinese affect my weight loss? I only really have one once a week
