I need opinions plz

So i will be 7 weeks tomorrow and i will get a second US tomorrow morning but i am wondering i have been cramping and spotting for a week today there is no clumps or anything out of the normal like that. But i had a MC in September and had some bleeding so of course I’m freaking out but i don’t know what’s going on with me. I had a US at 6 weeks we saw baby sac and all that but thought we saw a flutter of a heart but it was too early. So i need opinions on what may be going on could this be a chemical pregnancy or a MC or something else plz help this is just weird i feel like if i was going to MC it would of happened since it’s been a week on spotting thanks for the help
