I'm not convinced I'm ovulating.
Earlier this week I found out I've got a 8 centimetre cyst on my ovary and it's twisted. Apart from that I've never been pregnant and I'm starting to think I'm not ovulating. (I have a regular monthly cycle) I've bought some ovulation tests and a thermometer as I want to start keeping track. I'm clueless how to use it all can anyone advise what I do especially regarding my temperature. Thank you very much for your help in advance.
