How to read basal thermometer chart
I have never tracked my basal temperature before so I don’t know how to read the chart...my periods are irregular so I’m not really sure when to expect it...I experienced light cramping on 5dpo and have had spouts of nausea for the past three days...can anyone tell me what i should be looking for in these charts?
