Chemical Pregnancy

Is it ok to feel like you’re going to spontaneously break down all the time. Had a chemical pregnancy sept 2017 under 5 weeks I feel like a wreck..... I know there’s worse situations out here full miscarriages at 6 months or still borns etc and my heart does break for them but doesn’t make me feel any better. You know? Any advice on how to move forward???? My cycle went back to normal for a few months but now I’m 3-4 weeks late I’m just stressed and emotional and that’s probably why it’s so late.
