11 dpo cramps and sore boobs

So here's what I'm going through lol so I'm 11dpo my husband and I had sex last night and when he was feeling up my breast I was squinting cause they hurt. my last period Jan 1st the app says im not due to start for 3 more days. I woke up at 6am this morning to bad cramps I went potty, put a pad on and took some pain relievers. well I've kept a pantie liner on all day waiting for my period but nothing. my boobs still hurt today to the touch my cramps have gone away now haven't had any more cramps
