Please help!!

So me and my boyfriend has been TTC since April 2016, with no luck so far.. I have not tried anything other than unprotected sex.. I got off of the implanon in April of 2016 as well. I was also diagnosed with an ovarian cyst/tumor which resulted in them taking one of my ovaries just in November of 2017.. first period after my surgery HURT LIKE HELL. But was normal.. second period after surgery was 7 days late and I have NEVER been over 3 days late.. the period was short, and light. I took a test at 4 days late and obviously was negative.. I have to pee more often and my boobs hurt.. could the cyst had been preventing things? Could I be pregnant now? I’m needing help please!!!
