7 year old daughter with hairy lip

My daughter has always had dark hair above her lip. I worried that she would become self conscious or be teased in school because of it. Well, she noticed it today for the first time. She was looking in the mirror, cleaning her face up after dinner and said “Mom, I have a mustache. I don’t want to have a mustache.” It was so strange to hear her voice any insecurities, it breaks my heart. What should I do? I don’t know if we do something about it now before mean kids at school say something or wait until she’s older..
