the last time i stopped
so it has been 4 years. four years since my miscarriage. and that was the last time I stopped taking birth control. I made it to the end of the first trimester and miscarried the baby.
this is the first time I've gone off birth control since then because it's all making me sick. I'm nervous. and I don't think I could handle another miscarriage... 💔
