Not Sure He’s In Love

Hi! My fiancé and I are getting ready to move in to our first apartment. We have an 11 month old daughter and are planning to get married in March. We have been fighting a lot for a while but I guess I just figured it was a rough patch. Now we’re barely talking and I never see him. We both work so we’re busy but I just don’t know what do to.. I don’t even know if he wants to be with me.. help?? 😢🤦🏼‍♀️
