Fetal Doppler! How early can you hear the heartbeat?

I’ll be 9 weeks on Tuesday and wanting to know if I’m far enough along to use a Doppler for peace of mind?

It’s not recommended to use before 15/16 weeks just not to freak ourself out if for some reason you can’t find it or think it’s to slow. I used mine really early on and my midwife warned me its better not to but I couldn’t help myself and I was listening to a main artery and thought it was the heart beat the whole time and kept thinking something was wrong because it was so slow. But of course everyone is different and it’s completely up to you 🤱👶🏽

I think around 10/11 weeks.  Baby has to be big enough.  And not tucked behind the pubic bone
