HELP ASAP

So i got off my period January 21st , Today i went to the bathroom and noticed i was lightly bleeding and had a little bit of blood on my underwear no big deal i put a tampon in and take it out 3 hours later and realized there was no blood. My boyfriend and I are trying to conceive we had sex Thursday night , so I looked up possible reasons why i could be bleeding and it said “implantation” im thinking theres no way in hell it could happen that fast everything i am reading says it takes way longer , could it be something else ?
