implantation??

Ok so I didn't get my period for December and still haven't started for January. I've taken tests and they all came back negative but today I had some pretty light spotting in the morning, like 5am, and nothing since. and I have some lower abdomen discomfort. kinda like a cramp but not really. like on a scale of 1-10, a 1. it also feels swollen between my naval and nether region. just feels really really uncomfortable. the last time we had intercourse was a week ago. could it have been implantation bleeding? it took 9 years to get my daughter and we're hoping to give her a sibling
