Please help me!!!

Okay,

There is a guy that I’ve been talking to for a few months now. We have the same friend group and have been getting closer. When we first started talking I was pretty open and honest because I could tell he already knew I had a thing for him. I told him that I liked him and thought he was a great guy and I don’t need to date him or anything if he doesn’t want to ( he’s not very into dating) but I like him and think he’s pretty cool. He told me he thinks I’m great too and wanted to get to know me better. I took that as a good sign even thought I didn’t get a clear idea if he liked me back or not. So a few months have gone by and we’ve definitely gotten closer. We’re always laughing and inseparable in class and talk everyday after school. I was kind of hoping by now something would happen. Should I bring the situation up again or just see where it goes?
