Sickness and diarrhoea...

So my sister came down and gave me a bug she had! I’ve been up all morning from 12am and it’s now nearly 5am vomiting and diarrhoea!

I am currently 26 weeks and 1 day pregnant, should I be worried about how much I strained throwing up? My stomach is hurting...and also seeking advice from midwife or doctor?

I know it’s just a 24 hour bug and hopefully I’ll be ok tomorrow but for the safety of my unborn baby didn’t know what people did in this situation?
