Did I hurt my baby?

I’m 12 weeks & 5 days and I had a horrible migraine- I looked all over my medicine cabinet after hours with it not budging. The only thing I had was excedrine migraine (has aspirin)... so I took one. Is it possible that I hurt my baby by doing this?! I know aspirin is a no no 😭 but I was desperate and in pain

Next time drink tons of water and put an ice pack on the base of your skull. Migraine are typically from inflammation if it's a true migraine. Probably won't have hurt your baby this one time, but get some Tylenol in your house and don't take the risk again.

Umm I would see a dr to make sure all is ok. Your not suppose to take that during pregnancy bc it can cause problems with the babies development. Usually Tylenol is all your allowed to take and my dr says only 2 325mg every 4-6 hours as needed. I pray you and the baby are ok good luck hun and I hope you feel better

I'm pretty sure they say don't take aspirin because it screws up your platelets. which could be very bad when giving birth bc you need your blood to clot properly. you should be fine. I took one aspirin bc the hospital i work at didn't have Tylenol oddly enough... just don't make it a habit. once should be ok though

My dr told me take excedrine migraine but i don’t like taking any meds while pregnant. I get frequent headaches so i don’t want to take something everydayyyyy, I’m sure that’s not good.
