Best trick to start labor
Ociticin is the hormone that kick starts labor. Also called the love hormone!!! Hence the reason sex is suggested among other reasons.
But, I watched birth videos and babies crying and mamas hugging their new born babies. A few hours later I was in labor. Imagine holding and nursing your new one while you watch the videos. It has worked twice with me. Both my last two were born within 24 hrs of doing this.
