This guy that I had a thing with over a year ago has recently come back into my life and finally wants a relationship. However, he previously fucked me over really bad to a point where I was messed for months. He’s been treating me really well recently and helping me through hard times and apologised so so much and I can genuinely see that he enjoys my company and makes me feel good about myself, more than anyone else has before. Please help! Should I give him a second chance??

If it’s something so drastic that you were messed up for months, NO. If it was something like he blew off a date, maybe. But it sounds more serious than that. Tread with extreme caution, but I wouldn’t.
