TTC fail after 1 year HELP

So my husband and I have been ttc for a year now. I have been having bad pelvic pains just before my MC. I got checked by the gynaecologist 5 days ago, he did a internal sonar and confirmed that I have 5 eggs in my right ovary and we also did a 23rd day ovulation blood test that came back that I’m ovulating. So all is well on my side, I just don’t understand why I’m not conceiving as we ttc the entire week of ovulation. I’m drinking folic acid daily. What else can I do? My husband refuses fertility testing
