6wks pregnant and bleeding

so on Saturday had cramping, woke up Sunday to blood in underwear. heavy bleeding all Sunday thru to Monday, now light bleeding. passed one clot. went to drs (Sunday) treated me for urine infection. said to see go Monday, seen gp got scan tomorrow so worried when took pregnancy test this afternoon says negative. suffered miscarriage June 2017. want my rainbow baby. want my little boy to be a big brother
